      Pros

      very good health benefits and 401(k) option as well work environment and balance between work and family life

      Cons

      For growth great struggle.. most of the time deseving candidates left out and out of the blue guys get pormoted as well managment ignore the inside (internal) employees potential and the guys taking interview for post generally get aloofed and outsiders get same promotion though they do not deserve it.. Dont see these comments due to any frustation or other this this is reality .. though

      Amdocs provides a Good Working Environment. Takes care of its employee. The management cares about its employees. Flexibility in terms of working hours.

      Cons

      some job descriptions need working in night shifts. Salary and benefits could be better although good compared to others in the industry. need to provide more options for travel abroad.

      Pros

      Amdocs has several good factors including breakfast for the employer, a small gym, everyone get its own office. Project are innovative and people are friendly.

      Cons

      Technical Managers are not really technical. They are always shipping jobs to India. There are many piece of the design/code that no one in the company knows about as a result of layoff. There are no severance package.
