      Pros

      Opportunities, flexibility in career choices. If you started as a tester, there are good chances you will continue to development, then step by sales department role and find yourself in a completely different career place. Sometimes, or to some people this is an advantage, to other - not a benefit, if you are pursuing a goal to become an expert in your field...

      Cons

      Promotion based on a chance rather then on actual performance. You can be promoted because someone left, got fired, etc, it is not related to how exactly you perform on a daily basis, rather then on a chance.

      Pros

      You will have a chance to work in the projects for the best Telecom giants in the world such as Vodafone, AT&T, etc. Great place to learn and mend your skills. Good work/personal life balance. Good employee care and recognition if you work hard.

      Cons

      In every company, there is good and bad. Work sometimes boring. Compensation is above average. Career growth! forget about it at this moment of global crisis.

      Pros

      Most people are good to work with due to their professionalism and willingness to share and help.

      Cons

      Lack or recognition of efforts due to management too busy playing politics, handballing or looking after their own interest. Every employee is an expendable resource or robots. Some management does not follow company vision ie People Care - so management has lack of care/concern and lack of time for employees.
