      Work here if you dont want to learn much and earn a reasonable salary Work here if you are more interested in extra curricular activities Work here if you don't like professionalism Onsite opportunities

      Cons

      Too much free culture, people just gossip, interfere in your personal life and do nothing productive very low salary hikes Managers appreciate if you extend your work hours

      Pros

      Depends on your project and manager. Very good and frequent onsite opportunities for some employees. The only benefit.

      Cons

      Depends on your project and manager. For some employees and teams no onsite. Amdocs has now started hiring employee with very less package. Also there is a lot of cost cutting going on these days. I would suggest try for some other companies first before coming here ;-)
