      Lots of opportunities, high employee retention, good compensation, relatively high employee satisfaction, high professionalism among almost every employee and manager

      Cons

      Slow to respond to changes, extra layer of management hierarchy, working environment can be politically charged.

      Pros

      Great experience in a fast-paced environment with a complex mix of technologies and processes, working in teams distributed across the globe. Pretty laid back work environment.

      Cons

      I've found the pay a bit on the low side and I while I don't mind longer hours--within reason--I do resent often not knowing when I will be able to leave the office. Also, I really feel like too little attention is paid to training and knowledge management.
