      Big, successful company with lots of opportunities. Especially for Machiavellis.

      Pros

      Big, successful, growing, and profitable company. Previous successes in the company open doors for unrelated opportunities in different countries, functions and domains. Many good people, hard working.

      Cons

      Israeli, highly political and bureaucratic, military-like, ranks/bands (not talent or opinion) are most important. Care, respect and accountability are mostly poster slogans.

      Pros

      Good people. Development options. In some devisions you can maintain work life balance. usually have relocation opportunities. Althought the company is hugh, it still has a family like feeling within the specific units.

      Cons

      Job security is low, as Amdocs is ofter the first to let go in the market. In the Delivery division there is no Work life balance (mostly no life).
