Pros
Amdocs is a pay master. The canteen good is very good. Amdocs provide very favorable working conditions like infrastructure, transportation, etc. One gets timely/good bonus. Apprasals are generallly fair. Your efforts are respected most of the times. Amdocs also gets actively involved in good community service programs. I volunteered in one of them. Since Amdocs has clients spread in all continents, there's lot of travelling in almost all countries. The new joinee training program is also enjoying. You get relocation compensation + joining bonus.
