      Great team overall that was always able to produce results...could build a fire with wet leaves and a rock. Very resourceful group

      Usually tasked with "urgently" building a fire with wet leaves and a rock...with oversight from the mothership in the ISL HQ

      The benefits are awesome. Experience brings lots of vacation time, paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays, fantastic insurance.

      Cons

      The work environment is horrible. No respect for the Project Managers internally. The company only places value on development and developers. If you don't code, you don't count. There is no path forward for Project Managers unless you become a Technical Project Manager.
