There is no reason to work in Amdocs,if you want to do something challenging.But yes if you are going to work in another service industry,then of course amdocs is better to join.Because at least you will get a good salary. And one thing there is no 'C' language implementation in amdocs.Please friends if you are working on 'C' language and you are switcing to amdocs, then please don't switch to this company.Because you will be frustrated in this company.This is the company good for freshers who has not seen the real software industry.He will be happy in amdocs.But laterals who are joining the company are very dissatisfied. Now everything depands on you....The worst thing about this company is that if there is no reporting code for an employee in development department,then they will put you in the support department .Go to support or leave the company..this is the policy...I've not seen this thing in any company...So please beware of this thing.....Good luck :)

1) Layoff: Lots of silent Layoffs have happened in past few months. Isarel employees are badly affected due to this. 2) Tech Stack : Amdocs have old tech stack in most of projects/products. 3) Low pay: Pay scale in Amdocs is quite low compared to its competitors. 4)Documentation : most of the old products have no documentation or very little documentation. The old people have created dependency and they don't like to create/maintain documents 5) Low quality work : Most people here have fancy designations but they do low quality work. 6) Hike: In year 2023, only half of the employees got hike. In year 2024, they told hike will be delayed by 6 months. This created a situation where most of the most were forced to quit from Amdocs 7) Marketing : Company is wasting money on marketing. Company should spend/invest on its employees 8) Middle Managers: There are lots OF non technical middle managers in company at this point. These people ask junior team members for status of the task and share that to higher management people. THAT'S ALL. These people don't know technical stuffs so they can't help junior team members
