      - Vacation without limits - Good IJP portal and internal movements of employee within organization

      Cons

      - HR are the worst thing that might have happened with the organization - No parking in Pune office after 10 AM - You can work 2 days from home in a week and that has to be in the same city as office . You cannot work from your hometown on WFH days.

      1.Get to work on new technologies. 2. Smart people to work with.

      1.my whole team has to work 12 hrs daily to achieve the deadline.manager will make you work whole night just to achieve impractical deadlines. 2.managers are the boss of the company if u disagree with them then better start packing ur bag. 3.my whole team left within the span of 3 months. 4.no allowances, hike,bonus,overtime pay ... company will extract every amount paid to you with intrest.
