The salary could be better, but they are open to negotiating so make sure you put your value on the table in your hiring process. Could receive some stock shares. HR should be more proactive in some cases. Depending on the project you will be working you will need to spend more than 8 hours to meet some delivery deadlines (you can leave earlier on other days to compensate if you are WFH).
