After Covid Amdocs ruining their name As a Good Organization
Pros
I must say before covid Amdocs is the place people wanted to work in. The place where work life balance is the priority. I will request to the higher management please follow up time to time basis with the lower level employees to understand their situation how they are doing if they are in your hierarchy but you sent him in different account as a loan employee.
Cons
There hiring process is good and they hired you for the JOB role they described but when you joined they will assign you different project which is not best suited your skills and not described you earlier. Once you started working on that project and trying to learn that legacy project, it takes time. In an year they told you are not meeting their expectations so no hike in this year. They have there own bench called Foundry, they showcase that there bench is a learning platform but it was not. They have internal loan process as well, If other units need some manpower and in your current unit you haven't any work they transferred you in different unit without changing your hierarchy. Once you started working on there and if you are doing well, suddenly one day your past account manager called you and told to you that we don't have budget and you are not the best suit for this account anymore. We are releasing you from Amdocs without informing the resource manager.
