Pros
Very good company 1. Cafeteria is awesome 2. free breakfast and evening snakes 3. first coupon worth rs 35 only 4. Too many options available for food 5. First hike is fix 8-10 % do not expect more than that 6. Work culture is very good, you wont find in any other companies like the work culture which Amdocs has.
Cons
Hike is not good More focus on innovations and kaizens rather than your work Nobody cares about your work, you must involve in additional activities in order to get only hike not good hike
