      Excellent to build skills on technical level, flexible hours. Great exposure to vast platforms.

      Cons

      Forget about promotions, strictly based on your superiors vacating their posts, your professional growth depends on which Business unit or team your are in. The salaries are OK but not par if you are highly skilled
