      Great pay, great benefits, somewhat great hours

      you sell your soul! You feel like a switchboard, you are required to be the same as any other person there as well. They pick who they want in management and shun you if you want to expand your career there

      Nothing more than a "Gladiator" Environment

      Strong Name. Work here, get it on your resume and run! Young people already know this. This is why the entry level churn is so high.

      Cons

      The Senior Leaders spend all of their time managing up and have little interest in being effective. All of my time was spent "telling my leader what I did so she could sell it up at a higher level meeting and look good- taking all the credit when things went well and blaming others when it did not.

      Great benefit, Pay was ok for CSR

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement and fear of losing job constantly. They expected people to just fall in line with whatever they wanted. There was some bullying by the manager to do things that I know were not within the scope of the what the company expected of an employee and their duties. If u didn't want to fall with the crowd you were singled out.
