      work culture is very nice.respect for people.good compensation.

      Cons

      Management should be sensitive towards the employees who have left too. andf help them to get their accounts setlled .It shoulkd not be out of sight out of mind.You are so customer centric that you do folllowup calls and C-SAT calls but what about the employees satisfaction. It really hurts after given my sweat and blood to the company for 4.5 years that it took 1 year for my clearance account to settle.leaders were least bothered.no follow up....

      ~ Very flexible work arrangement for non-customer facing positions and work at home for some of the customer facing positions ~ Excellent PTO ~ Benefits (On Site Child Care, Credit Union, Nurses Office, Fitness Center, Free Weight Watchers, HSA Medical Plans, Dental, Eye Care, Legal Plans, 401K, Bonuses based on performance, etc.) ~ State of the art customer service ~ Training for all new releases ~ Innovative releases ~ Now moving in the digital environment

      Cons

      ~ Salary not commensurate with like companies ~ More of a who you know versus what you know environment for promotion / project assignments ~ Aging technology for non-customer facing roles ~ Less people to do the same job due to reductions in force ~ Outsourcing overseas ~ Constant changes to the direction in the company ~ Annual reviews seem to be based on who is favored on teams (those who were given choice projects)
