      Great Place to work. They have great benefits and excellent training. Diverse work environment. Great team work among employees.

      Cons

      Salary may be lower than other companies for the same position. Work life balance could be better. Train Team Leads to assist employees better.

      Good, energetic environment but with some drawbacks

      Pros

      Interesting and varied work assignments, access to senior leaders (you have formal and informal opportunities to speak with them), some leaders are exceptional and caring (but you are lucky if you get one), many different areas that you could move into if you've positioned yourself for the assignment (both U.S. and non-U.S.), good amount of vacation time (able to take a good chunk of time off around Dec / Jan), work with a good range of people from many different backgrounds.

      Cons

      Not always clear what the rules of advancement and promotion are. Mostly seems to be if someone takes a liking to you and you work your heart out. Sometimes feel there is more focus on appearances than on true change and actual results. A lot of people spend more time spinning a positive tale to present to senior leaders than actually doing the hard and meaningful work. Some leaders do not provide a clear vision for their teams which leaves them feeling a bit lost and demoralized.
