      Pros

      I enjoye working there as a contractor. The people were nice and the work was interesting.

      Cons

      A.E. is somewhat of an anachronistic company. They don't like it when employees to work from home using company laptops, even though interractive teams are worldwide. Corporate culture seems too caughgt up in the facade of "official outreach". Overall, though, I liked my managers and was sorry when I was caught up in the layoff typhoon. I would work there again.

      Good salary, interesting job, nice people -but quite rigid, with growing pressure and ever-changing rules

      Pros

      Great benefits package, (one of the) best salary in Madrid, relaxed attitude (e.g. re working clothes), nice relationship with bosses who are quite laid-back and friend-like. I liked working there!

      Cons

      The rules were getting stricter and stricter, and didn't always make sense. We were put under quite some pressure with that. Some of the teamleaders I had were useless, and mostly let the seniors (sub-ordinates) do all their work, but took the praise for it.
