      Decent place to work but not a lot of opportunity to advance beyond director level

      Good work-life balance, "nice" culture, looks good on a resume, opportunity to work across several groups, good benefits package, lots of paid time off

      Cons

      No one is leaving the company so very little opportunity for advancement, all strategy now passed down from the executive level, very little empowerment of the people closest to the customer, many consider writing the PowePoint 'deck' the end of the process

      Flexible work schedule, opportunities to work virtual.

      Cons

      Constant change without sharing the vision for the change. Some work is moved around only to change back a short time later after a leadership change, seems like a waste of time and resources just to adjust to the preference of the leader of the moment.
