      Great company to work for.

      Pros

      Work life balance and carrer opportunities. Support for personal development. Pays up to $5k in tuition reimbursements. Work from home for a couple of days per week is a great feature. Excellent corporate employee culture. Employees demonstrate high respect and supportive. I highly recommend working for this company.

      Cons

      Decisions are not taken quick enough. Most of decisions made takes such a long time wich is frustrating some times. Healthcare plance are not so good. High copays and deductibles. Not many plans to choose from. Retirement plans have very restricted options. 401K savings can not be moved around when the market is not doing good.

      Pros

      Great work life balance - easiest job I've ever had (including high school jobs). I have plenty of time off and little was demanded of me day to day. The way that jobs were sub divided so far down, you could be an expert in your area without being over worked. Good perks as far as give aways, holiday parties, time off, summer hours, not a strict dress code and a good place to find other, young, smart people to date.

      Not actually a marketing company, very bogged down in process, not friendly to outsiders
