      - Good possibility for networking - Kind of work-life-balance if you involved in long-term project and not forced by taking part in unnecessary activities. - Hybrid/remote options. - Pack of benefits such as medical insurance, sport, etc.

      Cons

      - Capacity for all technical growth for company goals (out of 100% load on project) requires overtime to rich all goal for business. - Kind of risky to lose position on the project. - Career opportunities / technical grown path of employee may be stricted to follow company business goals

      Pros

      - flexible working hours that make it easy to manage work-life balance - clear career paths and regular feedback to help you grow - good opportunities for learning and development - solid benefits and some nice perks - friendly, supportive atmosphere — people are easy to work with - office is always clean and well taken care of - HR is genuinely helpful and approachable

      Cons

      - The pace can be pretty intense, especially for newcomers — definitely helps to come in mentally ready - Workload gets heavy during peak times, and it can feel a bit overwhelming - Salaries and how they’re decided aren’t super clear, which can be frustrating at times
