Pros

- Good climate - Opportunity to realize yourself in the internal processes of the company (interviews, pre-sales, resource management, etc.)

Cons

- Outsourcing with a small number of projects (it is almost impossible to change a project without leaving the company) - Salary review is a very difficult process (managers have a default script with a list of reasons why for now it's not easy to increase your salary) - Recently, people have been hired in the state only after approval from the customer on the project
