Supportive corporate culture with strong opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. Good environment for career growth with many ways to gain hands-on experience, contribute to decision-making, and work on improving products. Wide variety of projects, plus additional internal activities and solid organizational support.
Cons
Compensation can be below market levels. Deadlines may be tight at times. Project assignment length varies (short- to long-term), and occasionally there can be delays in being assigned to a new project.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and such a high estimation of our company! Your remarks will be taken into account. Also, do not hesitate to discuss compensation with your resource manager.
the people here are quite reasonable, and the atmosphere is normal. It's great that you can work in a hybrid format — no one gets upset if you work from home sometimes. Timlid really knows his stuff when it comes to UX/UI, so there's a lot to learn. There are always cookies and coffee in the office (a small thing, but nice)
Cons
Deadlines can be a pain sometimes, they can suddenly pile on a bunch of tasks

Brilliant internship for designers here with mentors, good chances for growth here, additional money by doing additional activities, good offices with good vibes, pleasant people.
Cons
I don’t want to focus on negatives, because the company gave me the chance to grow in my design career.
