      Pros

      Its a great way to get your life stable if your just starting out. Pay and benefits are ok. Working for a big name company helps down the line when you want to further your career.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional. Hr is deplorable. Turn over rate is at an alltime high including managment. Safety is often over looked. Lots of injuries. No room for growth within the company. Treats employees badly. Lots of favoritism. If the dont care for you even if you are a great worker. It doesnt matter. Hostile work environment. Over worked because Hr wont hire people always under staffed and overworked.

      free beer every three months free events from time to time salary is ok nothing else nothing else nothing else

      bad environment everyone is scared to get fired politics in the company no meritocracy as they say rude bosses with many sexist jokes, not a good place for femail employees for sure
