Pros
Nice break room - if you like vending machines. Free beer every month. Plenty of free parking. Not much else I can say.
Cons
No one was assigned to onboard me. As a result, I had no description of the job. When I asked no one knew what my predecessor had done in his position and because he was fired they didn't require him to document his job. Which is the reason for his dismissal - no one was aware he was doing bad things. The plant manager told me I was to learn subordinate's work, which I tried to do while figuring out my management job. Two weeks later I was fired without ever learning the expectations of the job. Plant manager has a huge chip on her shoulder about her sexuality.
