      Pros

      Industry reputation is solid when you are the clear leader in the world.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Workaholic by anxiety. Never-ending fire-drills. The word ASAP replaces periods. Reactionary management. Little room at the top if you are not part of the clique.

      Young and career-promising environment for those who can endure the stringent work conditions. It offers enormous growth opportunities to such people

      Company has very little regard for work-life balance and excessively cut down on employees benefits. The business doesn't seem to appreciate people's initiatives as their approach tends towards 'we know how it works' or 'we have successfully done it elsewhere before'
