      Great culture, benefits and people. Brands were great too.

      Not always many opportunities to move internally and company was bought out.

      decent pay, pays for gas and auto allowance, decent commission. great stock options if you stay 10+ years, matches 401k to 6.5%

      Cons

      moving up doesnt really get you paid much more. company seems to be skimming back quite a bit these days
