      Working with diverse people, ideas and on a truly global basis, the company gives great personal accountability and a real chance to make an individual contribution to the business. In the Headquarters and global roles, you really own the agenda, drive improvements and the company is open to new ideas and a fast pace of change. Very strong company culture, for performance and results and the products are delicious !
