Pros

Competitive pay; company car; solid benefits

Cons

Clear disconnection between those sitting at the desks in the region offices and CSO, and those in the field that have to actually execute the KPI's. Goals set so high employees are told to "do what you have to do" and bend whatever rules necessary to "hit the numbers". Zero sense of ownership or integrity within the company. Leadership only cares about "hitting their numbers" and continuing to climb the ladder. Treat employees accordingly. Any opinions or feedback provided is considered to be negative and "not aligned with where the company is going". If you suggest something that has been proven to be more efficient, but is different than what they've always done, they will reject your idea without even giving it a shot. Very old mentality within leadership, and any new leaders are fresh out of their MBA and don't understand the beer industry.

Pros

As a lower level manager the pay is good but less than the reports who work for you, and this is well known by both sides. I very generous 401k program.

Cons

Bonuses are next to non-existent and profit sharing isn't available until you're at a much higher band of management. Work life balance is a shame, told to expect to work 1 out of 3 weekends but the on shift managers work much more than that. Often on shift managers won't know if they'll have to work a weekend until the Friday before that weekend, making the challenge of home life with family difficult. Stress at work is high, much responsibility is placed on the on shift managers and very little praise given when results are delivered.

Pros

Anheuser-Busch InBev will pay you very well, and the work isn't very monotonous, but is predictable. The location of the breweries isn't bad either, you can be just about anywhere in the US or the world. The advancement opportunities are there, but promotions don't necessarily mean pay raises. If you work at it, you'll be moved up the ladder as long as you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Biggest con would be the people here, I don't know if I've worked in a place with so many angry people before. The second largest con would be the hours, there is no such thing as a 40 hour week for a salaried employee or even a 50 hour week. This company seems to have ruined the marriages of many employees, which you'll see once in the door.
