      -You'll be surrounded by some of the most driven, intelligent, social and FUN people you'll meet in your entire lifetime -Better compensation than most companies when gaining employment straight out of college -You'll learn quickly in a fast-paced environment -You're the center of every conversation as soon as someone finds out that beer pays your bills

      Cons

      -Meritocracy is preached but a majority of promotions prior to director level are circumstantial (i.e. backfilling) -Those who succeed in this company are those that take a "live to work" approach as opposed to "work to live" -Field sales management personnel are required to be in their roles for two years before promotion, while the rest of the company is not bound to that rule

      Competitive environment where each department fight for their moment of glory. Many turnover and long vacancies that creates distortion and additional workload. Wrong rewarding system about visibility and not performances.
