      Global company with great career progression options Exceptional long term incentives Very young and dynamic company Ability to grow fast Strong company culture ( can be negative if there is no culture fit)

      Need to be mobile to progress Need to be comfortable with high level of ambiguity Most of the work ( even at the senior management level) is transactional Deep expertise is not valued by the company, main focus on developing generalists No work/life balance
