      Energetic work environment with weekly happy hours.

      Cons

      Great for the young / single. Get the experience, then get out and build a career somewhere else. Work life? You better love your job because you won't have time to do very much else.

      steady and moderated processes are in place. Hard working company. If you find workplace to learn about efficiency, this is it.

      Cons

      Company wants efficiency all the time. Even the head count. Whole company tries to move support functions to asia. Frugality is horrible.
