      Lots of opportunities for young professionals starting up if willing to put in the time.

      Cons

      Very political especially in the corporate office. Lots of games played with no true solutions implemented. Work life balance is nonexistent. Culture written on paper emulates what you would want, but very rarely does it actually play out.
