      THe company requires full time dedication, most times impacting personal life. Poor prepared HR.

      Pros

      Challenging but rewarding work environment. High bonus potential. Meritocracy with tremendous opportunities for advancement assuming you perform. Casual work environment with easy access to senior executives.

      Cons

      Company has a culture of being extremely cost conscious and data driven throughout the organization. This sometimes impacts the ability to grow the business organically for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is their sales and marketing strategies that will only be implemented if the data indicates a return. Sales initiatives aren't always easily quantified. Cost consciousness permeates negatively to employees, vendors, and indirectly to consumers.

      Free beer, great company parties, lots of innovation and fun. Efficient and organized with clear responsibilities. lots of fun really enjoyed it

      Cons

      compensation isn't great. not a lot of latitude. very process oriented. politics like any large multinational organization. not a lot of travel for an international organization
