      Pros

      Competitive salary, free beer, good atmosphere in the plant, collaborative, above average health and dental benefits, smart people working at the plant in Windsor, CO.

      Cons

      Lack of raises, promise of variable comp that doesn't happen, you're only promotable if willing to relocate, very high turnover due to poor morale and lack of work life balance, not a family friendly company, you need to be a type A male to succeed, company doesn't care about the people, due to high turnover there are kids in very senior positions without the proper experience

      A lot of challenges to work on, always moving, always progressing, management strives to improve all the time.

      Cons

      Minimum of 10-hour days expected, many work more. Management cannot so much as pick up a wrench.
