      Pros

      Good pay & benefits. If you're willing to work in a cutthroat environment, build your social life around the company, and move your family many times, it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Demanding and degrading culture. Extraordinarily long hours. Mandatory weekends. Management not in touch with union workforce. Many managers were completely unprofessional in treatment of employees.
