      Working with large brands is great.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. They say they value people but they do not. Work/Life balance does not exist. I worked every weekend to try to keep up. Found myself trying to learn a system from people that had no clue what they were doing. Managing a declining business/brands is no fun.

      I don't feel like answering this, it would take WAY too long to list all of the issues working for this company. The work is great, the people I work FOR are bad at there jobs.
