      If you know the right people you can move up quickly. Good benefits. Open environment works well for some people

      Cons

      The work never ends. The departments do not interact well together. The Business Travel is a nightmare to plan.

      Opportunity for great compensation in a truly global company that provides the opportunity to build experiences across markets and functions

      Cons

      Culture is not what it seems. They preach an ideal that is only practiced when the right people are watching. The supposed meritocracy has created a self-serving culture that drives people to make decisions that are right for their careers, not the company. No work/life balance. Warped sense of how a good leader should behave.

      Good for the experiences and learning, but there are better companies at which to spend 3+ years

      Flat organization; interesting work / projects; good exposure to senior company leaders; opportunities to impact the business in a number of ways while learning new skills

      Cons

      Poor work / life balance, promotions closely handled by senior management which results in your next role essentially being chosen for you; the pay is alright - you can make more money with a better lifestyle elsewhere
