Business Outlook
Pros
You are given lots of responsibility right away with your project. A lot is expected out of you, but it helped m learn quickly. Exposure to upper level leadership in the company. Also free beer if you are over 21.
Cons
Not a lot to say about the negatives. The applications process was not the best because I felt like I had to go out of my way and send a lot of emails to get to the final interview, but everything turned out alright.
