Business Outlook
Pros
Good industry experience, training, resume builder, flexibility with visiting accounts as a sales rep, competitive. If you have a good manager that likes you, you are lucky.
Cons
Very structured for such a big company especially at the distribution offices. They can throw you under the bus. The new managers who get promoted after being a sales rep are not trained to manage people. They create hostile competition between peers. Most sales reps dont have a college education and once they are promoted they cant run a branch or be good leaders.
