      Pros

      Free beer, nice occasional parties, some dedicated long-time workers still left who knew the company before the acquisition. The opportunity to work for one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world and one of the most recognized brands.

      Cons

      Asinine expectations, arbitrary performance reviews that seem to me to be designed to enable the company to shed more experienced (and more expensive) workers. There are numerous ways for bonuses to pay out only partially and very few ways in which they pay the full amount. No annual cost-of-living raises. Mediocre benefits.

      Successfull company with great products lacks personal guidance

      Pros

      Salary, car, bonus, laptop, all great. Fun colleagues and nice products and support. Great (sales) meetings. Especially national and international. Inspirational business development and career opportunities.

      Cons

      Short in coaching and support for personal development. No smart phone and KPI's really wreck daily sales work. Focusing on indirectly applying rules and regulations. Morning (phone) calls were mainly a repeating of top-down info without being constructive in daily sales in any way.
