      Flexibility Opportunity for growth/advancement Culture/atmosphere Relaxed dress code Low stress Supervisors treat us well Free gym and beer

      Cons

      Disorganization in the tour center. Changes made so frequently that it has caused confusion and disorder. Very little notice of these changes are given to employees, sometimes on the morning of their work shift, sometimes not even until halfway through their work shift after others have learned of the change and have already adapted. No health benefits.

      Pros

      When you get to a certain level the benefits are great and provide a great work-life balance. Lots of opportunity for growth if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Limited on the job training, its a sink or swim environment. Only look at the numbers and can sometimes feel a disconnect in the relationship between employer and employee.
