      1.Fast moving, very demanding 2.Opportunities for young people 3.Good culture - result driven, continuous improvement, passion 4.On the way to a great company and possibly a talent hatch 5.Excellent trainee program - will give the Global Management Trainee program a 3.8 out of 5 6.Medium+ compensation

      Cons

      1.Beer in general is not in advanced position within the whole FMCG industry 2.Lack of good tools and systems 3.Weak mid-level management 4.Not very good work-life balance - over time a lot, esp. in sales 5.Very into cost control - not great benefit
