      Beer company culture in terms of fun people but also very intelligent. Lots of opportunities to move up or around if you want with such a large company.

      Just standard corporate stuff in terms of timing of things (when you can get raises, moving, etc)

      none (really). Maybe you get promoted faster if you put your dignity aside.

      one word - culture. many biases. no work life balance. poor technology. no structure. VERY unfulfilling.
