      Chance to work on big projects and well known brands

      Cons

      Salary is below market and huge bonus targets are set, however, they are typically extremely difficult to achieve and many miss them. Very little diversity in leadership.

      Highly immature HR leadership. HR misses the Human Touch. Insensitive towards employees. Working environment is horrible. No work life balance

      Too many structural changes High variable pay that are not paid out each year Appraisal process is very opaque Frequent role changes - people pass on their mistakes to the person who takes the role after them Functions work for their own targets - no company wide strategy and vision
