Pros

Very dynamic company, when you are 20-30 you can learn a lot of best in class practices. Clear corp strategy

Cons

Very long hours. No work life balance. If you want to grow, you need to work 12h a day. But still people from talent programs will be prioritized - very little chance to grow to director level if you are a regular hire. You will never become a VP if you are not a brazilian... People constantly change positions and lack of expertise is common.

Pros

Free Beer, that is it!

Cons

Deceiving Job Descriptions - They will hire python developers and expect them to code in C#. There is no flexibility on the part of the manager or the director to support new languages and to adapt to changing times. At one point they hired a Data Scientist and expected him to build an ML model in C# when nowhere in his CV did he write he can code in c#. The only reason they do this is because most of the other developers code in C# and it's easier for them to support a project when coded in C#. The requirements provided for any project are poor. A non-technical Director/Project Manager will decide everything about deliverables and timelines. I'm recently hearing from an ex-colleague of mine that while development is waterfall they've started using buzzwords like Agile and Scrum for just because the HoD wants to claim so to leadership. This person confirmed that 3 more Python developers who clearly mentioned about their skills while being hired are now being forced to code in C#. He said the only reason people aren't leaving at the moment is because of the Covid crisis else they would've left long back.
