Pros

Only global beer brands are attracting new hires

Cons

- The leadership is into major politics where they promote employees based on their personal likes and fire employees they don't like - There is little to no logic on how employees are moved to different roles in the company - The attrition is through the roof and the leadership doesn't care - BU India or even APAC zone - Employees are overburdened with work and the leadership calls it a "challenge" - You are always asked to push more & deliver more at the cost of your health or personal life specially new mothers - If someone talks about work life balance they are looked down upon by the leadership & are tagged as non-committed to organisation - Positions are left vacant for long period of time to save costs - Payments to vendors are postponed by months to show a good balance sheet because they are listed on the stock exchange - Performance ratings are changed overnight by leadership without any logic - If you raise any concerns you will be targeted by the manager and your rating will be messed up

Pros

Young people so there’s always people you can talk to and relate to.

Cons

- They make you work ridiculous hours (throughout your annual leave and weekend). And if you don’t they consider you as fired. - Doing 2 roles is the norm. They will happily see your health suffer. - The Directors are all inexperienced with no knowledge. They base decisions on ego. - No real benefits. The standard health care, but all companies provide that now! - They are target driven and will do anything to make the results look good. - If you’re greater than 35 you are not really valued. They like young people. - Senior management make team changes without informing or asking anyone. You are sitting waiting to see if you will be fired. - They fire you if you don’t deliver the numbers they want to see. Even though it may be physically out of your control. - Engagement scores are declining because employees are unhappy. AVOID!!!!
