Neverending list of abysmal hr practices

1. Tracking & Monitoring work from bottom to Top ( No-one understand what is the actual issues /challenges) 2. No proper policy for recognition of performance 3. No job security. 4. Bonus shown in the offer letter ( sometimes not paid) 5. Heavy Politics at top management level 6. No learning only preparation of graphs and charts . 7. HR team is not aware of most of information (about policies, organisation) etc. 8. Nearly 30% of people have less than half day's work. 9. Have approx 100 -150 consultants (contractors) working for the a year and their principle is - We manage our costs tightly ...lol 10. Ten Principles only in theory ....not followed practically. 11. Open issues or gaps are closed somehow at year end which aren't actually just to show the targets are achieved.
