      Dynamic environment, high pressure, awesome culture and a lot of opportunities for those who work hard

      No work life balance and when the company does not achieve it's goals the bonus is just not worth it

      A great school for management and consumer goods. Strong culture and full of great people. Hands on.

      Cons

      Very low salary and financial recognition. The bonus and variable salary are linked to stretched company growth results, which were achieved while the company wasn't so big, but are very unlikely to be achieved nowadays.
