Pros

Free Headache, Mental Stress, Anxiety issues, Hair fall, they will tell free beers and office cab don't fall for that it's not worth the amount of pressure they keep.

Cons

You’ll be hired as an IC, but treated like a full team. You’re expected to deliver everything end-to-end with zero support, minimal guidance, and no real onboarding. Leadership expects you to “know everything.” Managers/directors act like you should operate like a manager from day one—drive plans, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery—without giving you the authority, resources, or team. Work-life balance is poor. Everything is “urgent,” deadlines are unrealistic, and most tasks are expected to be delivered within a day. There’s no planning, no structure, and constant fire-fighting. Don’t expect meaningful growth. Work is heavily repetitive—mostly forecasting/optimization—and learning opportunities are limited. You’re expected to execute end-to-end implementation alone, yet they demand 100% accuracy, which is unrealistic without reviews and support. They will overload you over time. Multiple projects will be assigned simultaneously, but expectations remain “top-in-industry” quality—as if one person can replace an entire team. Questioning process can backfire. If you challenge their methodology or ask uncomfortable questions, you risk being labeled “not aligned,” and it can lead to PIP politics instead of problem-solving. Bottom line: If you want mentorship, structured work, realistic timelines, and a healthy environment to grow—this place will likely disappoint. If you join, be ready for high pressure, low support, and unrealistic expectations.
