      Culture at the organization is good.

      Indian leadership trying to do against the culture and trying to keep disturbing employees who are even performing well. No consistency with anything these guys do

      Working here for 3 years - some managers are really taking care of people.

      Cons

      Two side communication, BIASed people… Mrs. Markova with all respect is one of the worst cases. Recent changes and communication issues are having big impact on people and head of people can’t comment on anything, At this moment considering to leave the company.

      Not adequate people to work with, 1 day for training and they expect you to handle everything by your own, no-one to support or help, company were word"please" or some normal communication simply do not exist
